The First Amendment seeks to add projects to the list of approved projects and to extend the term of years of the District by ten years so that the District will now expire on June 30, 2030.
The public hearing is being undertaken pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 206 of Title 30-A of the Maine Revised Statutes, as amended. The EnvisioNet District encompasses approximately 26.57 acres of real property and was originally created in 2000. Copies of the proposed First Amendment to the Development Program are available at www.orono.org and can also be obtained by calling Nancy Ward at 207-889-6900 during normal business hours and requesting that a copy be mailed/emailed to you. All interested persons are invited to participate in the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
