WINTERHAVEN DRIVE TRAVELERS TAKE NOTE!
Lou Silver, Inc. will soon begin work to repair a failed drainage system on Winterhaven Drive. The project begins in the area of 18 Winterhaven Drive and continues to the end of the drain line near 12 Winterhaven Drive.
The scope of the project is specific to repair of the drain pipes. Lou Silver, Inc. will be replacing the existing drainage structures and connecting pipes, then repairing any disturbed pavement, curbs, driveways, and lawns. Construction is anticipated to last approximately three weeks.
Though delays due to construction may occur, access to Winterhaven Drive will be maintained at all times. Any closures of driveways or driveway access will be communicated in advance by the contractor.
