OPL Banned Books Club

As the season turns to fall, our Banned Book Club returns for another wonderful line-up of fascinating reads, including books that may have generated controversy and / or censorship in certain locations! Please join us to discuss (and select future) titles, eat pizza -- and to enjoy a sense of community with peers and fellow students!  

The OPL Banned Books Club is open to 8th - 12th graders.  We meet once a month (i.e., 4th Tues of each month) to discuss our book of the month, eat some pizza, and have random conversations!  We conclude each meeting by choosing our upcoming book.

Our first meeting will occur on Tuesday 26 September at 5:30 pm.  

We will be reading A Good Kind of Trouble by Lisa Moore Ramée.

Please let Lindsay know if you plan to attend so we can order enough pizza!
