Tracey O'Connell talk: Emotional Resiliency in Children and the Role of School Counselors

The Friends of the Orono Public Library (FOPL) are hosting a talk via zoom (https://networkmaine.zoom.us/j/88395637106) by Orono’s own award-winning middle school counselor Tracey O’Connell. The talk will be about the health and well being of children, an issue made especially crucial to many community members due to the pandemic. Tracey will specifically talk about social emotional learning, how to foster emotional resiliency, and the role of school counselors. The talk will start at 7 and run for an hour with questions.
