Permits Tracking Log |
COVID-19 UPDATE: Because the Town Office is currently closed to the public as a precaution against the coronavirus, all of our permitting will be done online or over the phone. All of the applications below have been updated to be fillable, so they can be completed on the computer or printed out to be completed by hand. Completed forms can be emailed to jchadbourne@orono.org.
Using the fillable forms: Fillable forms will not keep your information if you simply save the PDF. The next time you open the form it will be blank. Once you have completed the form, use either the "Save As" function to save the form as a PDF, or use the "Print to PDF" option from your print menu. Click the drop down arrow next to your printer name and select Print to PDF to generate a PDF of your completed form.
Payment of Fees: Once the form has been received, our Code Enforcement Officer will contact you to follow up and to help you determine the fee for your permit. Fees can then be submitted using our new online system, which allows us to receive your payment remotely. There is a 2.5% service fee for paying online. If for some reason you are unable to pay online using a credit card, contact us at 207-889-6909 for alternative options.
Please note: Fees cannot be paid online until you have your permit number, which you will receive from the staff member who contacts you. If you spoke with someone from Code Enforcement but did not receive a permit number please contact us again, as you will need the permit number to access the online payment form.
If you have any questions at all about how to access, fill out, or submit these forms, or how to operate the online pay system, please call Jessica Chadbourne at 207-889-6909 for assistance.
