Text Box: noted. 24 Hour Drop Box For you convenience we offer a drop box at our Text Box: Registration & Payment The Orono Parks & Recreation Department will accept registrations on a first come - first serve basis. Completed registration forms with the appropriate fee amount should be returned to the Parks and Recreation Department. The registration form can be used throughout the summer. Payments Payment is expected in full at the time of registration for all programs. KidZone requires a deposit and the balance one week prior to attending. Text Box: Refunds Refunds will be approved prior to the first day of a program, except KidZone. (Please read Summer Camp information) Registration Deadlines Many of our programs have deadlines for registration as well as limited space. Registrations after the deadline can result in late fees and participants will not be guaranteed a t-shirt (where applicable). Registrations will not be accepted on or after the first day of any program unless otherwise Text Box: Don’t let a good program die!!!! Text Box: Many programs are adversely affected every year due to participants waiting until the last minute to register. There is a point when a program must be cancelled or modified if there are insufficient or too many late Text Box: registrations. All programs require a high level of coordination often including facility, scheduling, staffing, volunteer recruitment and purchase of supplies. You will notice many of our programs Text Box: have registration deadlines. If there is room after the deadline, late registrations will be accepted with a late fee and your child is not guaranteed a t-shirt, hat, ball, etc.
