Town Office Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30 Information on: Marriage License, Genealogy, Land Fill Permits, Property Tax Collection, Voter Registration, Dog Licenses, Recreational Vehicles, Motor Vehicle Registration, Riverside Cemetery, Elections, Notary Service, Vital Statistics and Fish and Wildlife-License.
Code Enforcement Staffed by the Code Enforcement and an Administrative Assistant, the Code Enforcement Office Deals with many issues including issuing: __________ Permits for : Building Electrical Heating Plumbing Occupancy Road Opening Sewer Connection We are also the first offical contact point for matters that require the Town Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals. The office also does inspections concerning safety concerns and for licensing purposes. __________ Location: Orono Municipal Building, second floor. Town Council Chamber Scheduling: The Town Council Chamber is available for Offical Town or School function use during the week. Our Town Nurse is a Registered Nurse who acts under the guidance of licensure restrictions and works in comjunction with all medical personnel to provide needed services and care to everyone in the community.
