Staffed by Bill Murphy, Code Enforcement Officer and Ruth Vaughan, Administrative Assistant, the Code Enforcement Office deals with many issues including issuing:
Permits for :
    Building
     Electrical
     Heating
     Plumbing
     Occupancy
     Road Opening
     Sewer Connection

We are also the first official contact point for matters that require the Town Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals. The office also does
inspections concerning safety concerns and for licensing purposes.

Location: Orono Municipal Building, second floor.
Town Council Chamber Scheduling: The Town Council Chamber is available for Official Town or School function use during the week.
