Approval of the minutes of June 21, 2017
A site plan application of Clyde A. Philbrick for earth-moving activity at 270 Stillwater Avenue, which is located in the Forestry and Agriculture District, involving more than 100 cubic yards of material.
Amendment to section 18-31 of the Land Use Ordinance and the addition of section 18-150 to the Land Use Ordinance to (1) define “student homes” and (2) provide certain standards for “student homes”.
a. Continuation of public hearing of a Request by Jon Tierney to amend an existing home occupation for recognition as a “home business,” as defined by the Land Use Ordinance, for his retail store Alpenglow Adventure Sports at 92 Main Street, Tax Map 27-2, Lot 149, in the Medium Density Residential District.
b. Continuation of public hearing and review of an amendment to the Land Use Ordinance to establish the Main Street Office Overlay District along Main Street from Juniper Street to Kelley Road. This matter was tabled at the Planning Board’s June 21, 2017, meeting until July 19, 2017 and the public hearing was kept open.
